Meet Jason Abraham, the project coordinator at 800-TECH Limited.
Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing more about our team and how they work together to deliver the best solutions. To make these solutions possible, we rely on a project coordinator. Jason explains the critical role he plays in ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service. Listen to what he had to say- Customized Digital Solutions
HOW IT BEGINS
One of the main offerings of 800-TECH is its application development. We have several applications that we offer to our business clients, including:
- Human Resource Management
- Inventory Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment Management
- E-Flow Business Process Management System,
which are customized to the needs of each organization. These are not one fit for everyone. These are customized solutions based on exactly what your processes are. As a project coordinator, I approach the organization (the business owner, the CEOs, directors, the managers, etc), and determine exactly how their processes work and how best we can improve those processes. We re-engineer those processes, and then take them to our programming team to digitize on behalf of the organization.
THE ROLE OF THE PROJECT COORDINATOR
Now, this is where my job is really important. As business owners, you may have had to interact with IT personnel at different levels, whether technicians or developers, who tend to speak a different language. And for IT personnel like myself, doing administrative work or dialing down the level of our jargon is not the easiest undertaking. Our minds tend to think in a certain technical way, and that is not always easy to translate into a business model, or to a business person. And likewise, as a business owner, you tend to speak in a certain manner, in your jargon, and it does not always translate well to the developers. And that’s where I come in.
THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THE TWO
I fit in the middle and create a bridge between those two entities. From the business owner to the IT person, to the developers. I take exactly what that business owner wants, translate it (yeah, I’m a great translator), and explain the requirements to our developers so that they can understand exactly what is needed. They will customize the solutions based on these requirements and I will translate and deliver the improved system to you, the business owner or organization.
My role is to ensure everybody’s on the same page, everything is working as we want it to work and there are no misconceptions with minimal or no miscommunications. The end goal is a happy customer who gets a customized solution and a happy developer who delivers exceptional service. Happy people provide better service.
I am that bridge between business and IT personnel. Want to learn more about our customized solutions? Then read more about 800-TECH services
