HOW TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY IN YOUR BUSINESS
360HRM is a human resource management solution. This is a solution that helps increase productivity and efficiency in your business. As we can all appreciate, especially during COVID-19, we’re looking for applications that can give us the reach, the efficiency, and the benefits that we need, even when we don’t have our employees’ resident at our organizations.
What does 360HRM offer?
It comprises eight modules. The first module is the Requisition Module. I’m focusing on this module because it ties in seamlessly to our Recruitment Module. The Requisition Module is where our department heads or supervisors can submit requests for vacant positions in their department. Once this is completed, this information is passed on to HR for and the recruitment process begins. During the interview process companies no longer need to have a panel of interviewers sitting side by side in a room. You no longer need to have an interviewee sitting in the same room. Not only because of COVID-19 concerns, but because of the advances that technology has made throughout the years. Now, through the Recruitment Module, you can:
- Advertise your organizations vacant position.
- Send letters of approval or rejection to potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews with the Module.
- Host the interview within the Recruitment Module.
- Create a pool of questions and score the interviewee within the Module.
It eliminates any biases that may take place within this environment because all the interviewees’ scores are captured real time. The scores are then averaged and candidates are ranked based on performance. Within the same Recruitment Module interviewers can select their successful candidate, and it will automatically send a letter back to the interviewee indicating that they have been accepted into the position. Conversely, for candidates who were not successful a letter indicating that they have not been accepted for the position. That is the kind of efficiency this particular module has which saves the interviewee as well as the interviewer the time, and also keeps them safe from any sort of exposure when it comes to COVID-19 as all transactions are conducted online. 2 ways to drive efficiency and productivity in your business
Employee Management
Another great module that also exists in the 360HRM environment is the Employee Management Module. Think of the typical work environment. How do you usually get employee personnel files? We pull a filing cabinet drawer and it’s filled with a ton of files, we filter through the manila folders, and then we flip through each manila folder finding the employee we’re looking for and then search their data. What if there was a better way?
What if all of this information could now reside in the Employee Management module? A place where you can quickly and efficiently search for employee information. In this Module you can quickly filter through to see their emergency contacts, their educational background, disciplinary action taken, and awards received. At the touch of a button, you can get this information. Think of the time savings that you will have as an HR Officer. Think of the time savings that you would have even as a manager who wants to have an appreciation of your staff compliment.
Incident Management Module
Another key module we have is the Incident Management module. In larger organizations, there is a dedicated HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) department. But some smaller organizations may not have the resources to have an entire HSSE department. In that case, there is a module that can still manage and monitor any incidents that may take place.
Our clients in the manufacturing industry have found this Module beneficial when treating with situations such as boxes falling from high shelves, forklifts rolling back accidentally, and other unpredictable events. This Module captures the incident in real-time on and off-premises.
Why this module is so uniquely important is because it doesn’t only capture what has taken place, but through the reports generated, the customer can deduce and analyze repetitive incidents. This helps managers develop mitigating strategies to eliminate these incidents that appear repeatedly. By capturing that information and zeroing in on repetitive incidents, meaningful discussions can take place regarding mitigating risk against these reoccurring incidents. As mentioned previously, this doesn’t have to happen on a large scale through HSSE. This can happen through simply having that Incident Management module to monitor and manage any incidents that can take place within your environment, as well as off-premise.
