About two weeks ago, we posted a great blog about the fully integrative approach of 360SUITE. Our discussion focused on 360RMS which is our Recruitment Management Solution, 360HRM, our Human Resource Management Solution, and 360PMS our Payroll Management Solution. Coming out of that blog, we were asked the following question-, “What is the 360 integrative approach?” In other words, how do 360RMS, 360HRM, and 360PMS work together?
We also did a short video to answer your question- How do 360RMS, HRM and PMS work together
WHERE IT BEGINS- FROM RMS TO HRM
It all starts from the RMS module, which is the Recruitment Management module. The Recruitment Management module can integrate, either with your website or any online presence. You can create a link that will navigate back to the Recruitment Management module, whether it’s your social media space or an online recruitment agency. When a prospective employee applies for a position, they are able to create a username and password, which allows them to log into your company’s environment. When they log into your company’s environment, they can enter all of the requisite personal information that is required to apply for this position. These may include their medical details, education, work experience, and even upload photos, and certificates. All these key pieces of information that companies normally ask for when doing a recruitment exercise. We want to determine the viability of this prospective employee.
Once this is done, this recruitment module completely takes over the manual processes. Not only will it alert the HR department that new applicants are in the system, but it will also allow the HR department to quickly, in real-time, anytime, be able to see these new applicants that have applied in the environment. The HR department can accept the application, and immediately an email notification will be pushed to that applicant, indicating to them that:
- Their application has been received and
- They have been invited to interview
You can schedule an interview and communicate this information to the applicant within the RMS environment. In the RMS environment, we can execute the entire interview process. The interview panel can create the questions, upload questions, interview while within the portal, and score each applicant in the portal. This application will then rank the requisite applicants and provide real-time results both in tabular form and in graphical form, showing who was a successful applicant. Then an email notifying the candidate of acceptance or rejection is forwarded through the RMS solution.
THE EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT MODULE OF HRM
But here comes the beauty of the integration between the RMS and HRM. The successful applicant has already entered quite a lot of data on the RMS platform when going through the interview process. Once this prospective employee is successful and has accepted the position, you can now push all this information into the Employee Management Module with a simple click of a button. The manual process of resubmitting information will be eliminated because it already resides within the RMS module.

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION MODULE
This data can also be seen on the Payroll Management side. At the end of the month, when it is time to process payroll, the new applicant’s data is already residing inside payroll. The employee’s name, address, NIS, BIR, bank account information. Any information that is adjusted or edited in the HRM module is visible in real-time in the PMS Module (Payroll Management Solution).
From the point of entry, when the employee first applies for the job to acceptance and confirmation, the information is now pushed across RMS, HRM and PMS. This seamless process eliminates the labor-intensive task of entering the data multiple times while also ensuring data integrity. The centralized data repository ensures once the information is entered it is synonymous throughout all three applications. Most importantly, ensuring that there is connectivity and collaboration between all three applications and relevant departments.
