USING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SUBSCRIPTIONS
One of the ways we support our clients is by allowing them to utilize our digital transformation subscriptions or DX Subscription. DX Subscription is a service that came out of the need of our customers who had cashflow issues. Some of the comments included, “Digital Transformation is absorbing all my cash” or “Getting technology into my business is eating up operating expenses.” At the end of 2021, our team brainstormed this idea and created a subscription service that would speak specifically to these challenges presented by our clients.
360SUITE and E-Flow Business Process Management Solution
The subscription includes our 360 Suite and E-Flow Business Process Management solution, along with Business Process Re-engineering consultancy. This subscription allows you to have digital transformation ongoing in your business, while you are operating without depleting your cash flow. This allows you to continue normal operations as you digitally transform your business. 800-TECH created this solution to partner with our clients, shouldering some of the responsibility by offering subscription services where you can have the technology in place and pay monthly as you operate.
Our packages are pretty flexible. While we do have fixed packages, we understand and appreciate the businesses that we support as non-transactional business partners. This ongoing partnership will allow us to have a greater appreciation of your business, make recommendations and create a real impact in line with your strategic objectives.
OUR PACKAGES
The packages for the 360SUITE of services start at just over US$100 per month. The E-Flow Business Process Management solution is just over US$200 per month.
The 360SUITE, includes the Human Resource Management Solution, the Payroll Management Solution, Inventory Management Solution, Recruitment Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution. We have many packages in the 360SUITE, all of which can be tailored for your business processes, and specific functions.
The E-Flow Business Process Management Solution allows you latitude in terms of what you can do. We have also integrated the 360 Suite services into E-Flow so that we can give you a combined subscription package.
Your organization can start with our six-month cash package which allows you to pay over a period of time, but have the benefit of having the solution implemented immediately. Or sign up for a 12, 24 or 36 months digital transformation subscription. Alternatively you can take advantage of the E-Flow starter 5, where your organization gets five predefined processes, five hours and five users to begin your digital transformation journey.
