  1. Providing automated acceptance and rejection letters  
  2. Scheduling interviews 
  3. Receiving confirmations for hosting interviews, collating interview questions and scoring of the interviewees  
  4. Through integration, successful applicant’s data is transferred to the 360HRM application. 

 WHAT IS 360HRM?  

360HRM is the Human Resource Management solution and is a critical tool used by HR departments to manage and monitor HR operations such as: 

  1. Employee Management 
  2. Leave Management 
  3. Employee Requisition Management 
  4. Incident Management 
  5. Overtime and Subsistence Management
  6. Performance Management 

This tool supports HR self-service portal. Additionally, it provides the HR Department with real-time reports, complete trackability and auditability and management of the HR Department from any geo-location.
