HOW E-FLOW CAN DIGITIZE YOUR BUSINESS

As you know, from 2020 into 2021, there has been a myriad of changes we have all been compelled to embrace. It has pushed us into areas that are unfamiliar to us. But these areas are necessary for us to continue to move forward and to innovate as we deal with the changes that are happening globally. 

Today our topic of discussion is going to be E flow, which is made possible through our business partnership with Netoloji. Netoloji is a company out of Turkey that created the E-Flow platform. E-Flow is a business process management tool used to expedite the digital transformation process in businesses.  

Before I go any further, I want to acknowledge our business partners at Netoloji. These guys are phenomenal, they are a great team, very technically sound, and solutions oriented. THE CHALLENGE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION 

Digital transformation is new for a lot of businesses, and we have acknowledged that. We started this transformation drive in 2020, and we recognize that because it was so new and so unfamiliar to a lot of people that it posed some challenges for decision-makers such as Managing Directors, CEOs, and executive management. It has proved difficult to grasp what is required for them to digitize their business. 800 TECH’s drive has always been about assisting the business community to overcome this hurdle, we continue to do so by helping them utilize technology to digitize their business and meet their strategic objectives.  

In 2020, we were looking at different methods that we could utilize to help customers. During the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses were driven out of their comfort zone and into this relatively new digital area, an area where they did not know how to operate, and they needed help. They needed help to be able to reach their customers and staff wherever they were located. Customers and staff were now at home, they were now remote, which left many business owners wondering how they were going to reach their customer-base and staff. The only vehicle that was available and that was active was the internet. Unless a business was ready digitally, it was difficult to connect with customers and staff and provide the product or service to them. That is where E-Flow played a critical role.  

E-Flow is here to help businesses digitize their processes. It is a very comprehensive business process management solution. For example, let’s look at an organization’s sales channel. 

• An order from a customer is raised. 
• The order goes to the sales department. 
• The sales department fulfills the order and sends out a quotation. 

• Then there’s a further internal process that must take place before the product or service can be delivered to the client 

Before business started digitizing, this process would have been done manually, that is, it would be paper-based, physically moving paper from one department into the other. However, with E-Flow, this exact process is simplified through digitization. In some cases, when you look at your process in a digital format you recognize that you have to re-engineer that process, and with E-Flow it is quite simple to do that also.  

HOW TO SET UP E-FLOW 

When setting up E-Flow in an organization, we use the same forms that your business uses internally. We also maintain the same structure and digitize the process. We do this to provide continuity and minimize the learning curve for employees, so they can easily transition to E-Flow and continue that internal process. The difference is that now the process will flow from one employee to the other digitally and eliminate the paper-based system, also the efficiency increases significantly.  

Further, E-Flow is a solution, where the persons involved in the process can easily identify what stage of the processes they have reached. Additionally, notifications can be sent through email at different points in the process so everyone will be aware of what needs to be done.
